Windows XP or seven on PS3
i need help from expert how to install windows xp or windows 7 on my playstation 3 jailbroken CFW 3.55 kemeaw
and thanks for every one who help to make the jailbreak and the CFW keep up the good work |

You can get Windows 98, 95 or 3.1 to run, or else run Linux.. Not XP or Vista or 7.

@ OP, you can install and even run XP on a Linux enabled PS3, but it is so damn slow, that it wont be fun. |

so u either need 3.41ofw which has the ability to install linux from the settings menu or 3.55cfw with a few mods.. what firmware is ur ps3 on

Linux was blocked with Firmware 3.21, so you cannot install it on 3.41 without a jailbreak device of MFW. |

I remember 2 years back someone wanted a ps3 to run windows on and we had an argument over it. He was like PS3 is so powerful running windows and games on it will be awesome, I'm like no it won't it will suck, then he sent me a link to this scamy looking page advertising software to run windows on PS3, I told him it was a scam but he still insisted, please just use something else (ubuntu
 ) and don't try running windows xp or even 7 O.o.
