The only thing I can see that would circumvent that order would be if he had enough info from wikis among other places (function calls and such) that he could create hacks (create and sign, say maybe the bootldr through an exploit) for the console without owning a console and even then Sony would just go on a rampage again. |

Besides the fact, that he has an agrement not to touch any sony product at all, im pretty sure that in his condition he is only able to save mcdonalds or kfc...

There is nothing stopping geohot releasing something anonymously........lets face it, it would be a first for the scene! (if you can call it that nowadays!)
