I wouldn't recommend running Windows XP/Vista/7 on the PS3, it will be extremely slow and not a good experience, but you can play around with the emulator Bochs (Bochs) and it is possible to run XP/Vista/7 through Bochs on your PS3, but it will ofcourse be extremely slow.
