i believe that there is a few people who can make all of them fix'd for 3.55, IF they want to, i also believe that those who do, do it for them selfs and dont release it for the scene,

so thats my observations so far, is many have done alot of stuff, but they keep it to them selfs, and not helping the scene,

and at that, i notice somewhat the more VERY top anticipated or demanded games seem to somewhat get the eboots fix'd for 3.55, but anything else does not....
