I'm confused. Does this do anything on QA flagged KMEAW? It beeps 3 times, then reboots the XMB, but nothing's changed. (no DEX options)
Is this only useful for Rebug users?

 i know what you mean just saying.It's very strange to see some progress on ps3 scene after all this months,good news even tho i don't completely understand this news,it will allow us to convert CEX to DEX to some point or what? anyway hope too see more awesome news
