Does anyone have a noob's guide to hacking/flashing a 360 slim? My cousin has one and I'd like to do it for him. I've never done it before though, hence the noob's guide. Need to know if our slim can be hacked too, and if there's anything I need to buy. No jtag/rgh, just dvd hack.

Like pbanj siad get a slim made before Aug 2011. But to answer your question no not all 360s with an HDMI are glitable. I have had one Jasper motherboard which if you do not know is the last revision used in the Phat 360 and due to the CB 6752 it was not glitchable.

The slim Lite-on is harder to do then the Phat Lite-on and on some require you to drill into a chip on the 360. Jungleflasher.net has a tutorial that might help you determine if you need to drill into it or not.
