Sigh... I think I'll either go buy Skyrim or just put my PS3 in a corner for a year or two. :D Someone needs to make it so where people on OFW cannot update even if they tried. I always say I won't update then 3 days later I update lol.

Hello $ony, my ofw PS3 console will be updating to 4.10, but please bear in mind that even though it appears that once again I have agreed to your silly Terms of Service, yet again it was my cat which walked over my controller and agreed to your ****ty TOS, and as such does not apply to me.

ummm how come i go to http://us.playstation.com/ to download update and it says 4.00 why havent they uploaded it to their site???
