Yep. I like the PS3 aswell (read : I like the hardware, not the company behind it), but I'm starting to get fed up. The only thing keeping me here is the exclusives.

I know it's flame baiting, but if Sony doesn't get their next gen console out before Microsoft this time, they may as well not bother at all. Microsoft has dominated the console market in nearly every way (excluding kids games) this generation, and already have the higher install base that will pick up a next gen xbox right away (i know i would)

Either way, new consoles are finally coming, my biggest concern is they will ship with features noone asked for, like the rumor going about that the new xbox wont play preowned games. Or they are all going to go overly crazy with all this touch/motion gaming bull**** that noone but the kiddies actually likes.

TLDR; Sony better hurry up or guarantee another poor performance next generation.

all i want to say that the 6800 where better chips than the 7800 ,they had better anisotropic so they werent weak back then,7800 where a 6800 refresh and the 7800 rsx its not as powerfull as 2 6800 im sorry, i hope for the ps4 that it will have at least a gtx 570 or a 670 either way i would be satisfied nvidia ftw!!!

PS3 will beat the 360 in overall sales in the long run, and thats really all that matters.

as for ps4 i'm definitly not ready to shell out another $3-400+ on a console, i'd be happy to play games like uncharted 3 or Batman AC for another couple of years.

I think the PS4 and the new Xbox and possibly even the WII U may be "unhackable" (at least for a very long time), look at the fight the PS3 put up and its still no where near fully open.
If your into the scene, hacking or piracy i have a feeling this MAY be the last generation that will happen on.

I sure do hope im wrong, however.

Oh and Sony, get rid of the ****ty dualshock controller FFS, I havnt got tiny little Japanese hands!

I hope not. i was just talking about how ps3 + vita = wii u. we dont need next gen. how much better do things have to be than la noire or battlefield 3?

i must admit: anti aliasing and shadows are sh!t on ps3... but as i just got a new ps3, i dont wanna se ps4 because my ps3 will lose rapidly in value
