I'm looking to setup PS3 developement environement on windows7 x86. Anything special I need to setup except PSL1ght.

then no, nothing i can think of, also i really advise you to use a VM for deving like OoZic suggested, but thats up to you really

If you want easily setup a Ps3 dev environment, then you should definitely grab Rebug's VM image from Here ,so you don't have to bug with compiling and that stuff.

I've sucessfuly ran make on one of the samples included in the github library but when i try make pkg i run into an error. Does the s/elf need to be signed or what?
