My PSN Acc! PLease Help.
Hey there everyone, well recently I was gamesharing, so I gave my details to this guy then he stole my account, He changed the sign in ID and password, does anyone have any tips on how to get it back please? I really want my account back I remember the D.O.B
Please help. |

i guess u traded via pm and not in the forum , also want gamesharing was removed from this site ages ago probelt cos of this reson anyway , if trade from another site mod wont be able to sort it if the other person is not a member ,
reset the password , it will iver go to your email box to sort it , or ask u a question that u should know the answer .if he hasnt changed them . if he has then only thing u can do is ring sony and prove the accont is yours also after u done the share, u should of changed your password and not kept the one the other person knows

use a PC and reset your details and all consoles at once on the official playstation site.

Thank for the quick responses, but when I try to reset the password, I put in the changed sign in ID and the DOB but it said the link is sent to that email address

In my email, it shows the sign in ID change notification, it was sent to me and the email it's changed to.

my acc was hacked by someone a few weeks ago for no particular reason both my sign in ID and password were changed just call sony tell em the name on the acc email and pass you had security question answer adress ect..... they ask you alot of stuff but they will get your acc back
