Installing Otheros++ without full system wipe?

Hello, is there a way to go from Kmeaw CFW to Otheros++ cwf without loosing every backup and save data?

From my understanding. No. Because u got to partion ur hdd to @ least 10 gig for otherOS++. There might be away now.

Ah dammit. Well, do you know where PS3 stores game data (saves)?

/dev_hdd0/home/00000001/ (normal situation is 00000001, can differ)

For trophy restore you need to go in recovery menu and do a "rebuild database" afterwards

Thanks alot. Also, use the version that uses VFLASH_Remove things or like http://gitbrew.org/~glevand/ps3/doc/...OTHEROS_ON_HDD says? Also, install flash from XMB or recovery? When i do it from XMB it goes 25% then skips to 100%, and all programs are preserved.
EDIT: Figured it out myself. Thanks for help with saves.

Whatev. Gitbrew is down and can't get create_hdd_region.sh. And probably can't do post installation things (gonna install Ubuntu 10.04). Anyone help :c?
