i give u a tip i would never put my ps3 on that fw , 1 reason there is no recovery mode

wouldnt a hardware flasher recover it anyways?

maybe it is eaiser to get lv0 access from that old firmware

Is there even a OFW 1.97? ps3devwiki only shows 1.94 then 2.00?

EDIT - Yeah, I guess there is. I just checked the CECHL01 I got in the mail today and it says 1.97. LOL. What a coincidence.
