No. The fast dual boot update is the 1.5.2012.

But if your going to dual boot, you will need to leave your flasher installed and have 2 hard drives.

If the E3 flasher is updated to a newer update like the Jan 5th 2012 update to allows dual boot.

Will the E3 flasher still accept the 10.28 update and allow it to be used on another PS3 to be downgrade.

When you use the update.bin, it erases the one already there and replaces it with the one from your sd card(or usb if you update that way).

So yeah, because I used the 11.22.2011 update, then went back to the 10.28.2011 update.

So i guess you could use the fast dual boot, then unistall your flasher, use the 10.28 update.bin, downgrade a different ps3, then reinstall to dual boot ps3 and use the 1.05 update.bin.

What a pain though. You would have to resolder the wire from point a to sbce.

It's the only reason I haven't installed my e3 flasher to my own console. I am on 3.55 Kmeaw and really miss playing Socom and COD online, and not to mention Twisted Metal just came out. But I'm not taking my machine apart evertime, someone wants to pay me to downgrade their console.

Also it is a good idea to change the thermal compound every time you take your console apart. You shouldn't reuse the same compound, because it will not spread correctly.

Do not install kmeaw, before doing a qa flag downgrade. You will brick.

You can not play newer games without a true blue dongle. If you have a true blue dongle after doing a qa flag downgrade, install the rebug true blue edition.

this will then rehash sycon then exit fsm
then install tbcfwv2
