Out of the sake of not creating another thread (and considering THIS thread's name) here's my question:

Has anyone tried to mess with saving ACTUAL game data to their external? I tried having two versions of multiMAN (one updated, and an older version on the ext) but to no avail...

That could be a possibility since we can access all the save files.

Bro, that would be AWESOME! Considering most of that extra game data comes from the actual games themselves... I tried ftp'ing the newly created save data to the ext-multiman but it wont recognize them as coming from the external so it writes the files to the normal internal. I don't even know how to begin re-writing anything for multiMAN, if that's what we would need anyway... Let me know if you're down though!

I'm able to access all my saves and copy them through mm... I know I read somewhere on codemasterproject(they created ps3 cheat enable and cmp tool). That we need the proper tools to decrypt and encrypt them. I have messed around a bit but no go.

Yeah, I've successfully done everything I set out to except ACTUALLY getting this to recognize my external game save data. But all else went well, I'm thinking of asking DeanK, you think it's a good idea to bother him? :\
