Free publicity from both sides. There's the TB Lovers proclaiming how awesome it is, and the TB Bashers who are giving just as much attention to the device, albeit negative attention, which promotes it just as much.

Tb lovers already have that other ps3 scene site with garyOMG

Hating and showing your hate towards something won't stop anything. It's a bit unrelated but look at the middle east. They really don't like Westerners, and they are constantly proving it. Hating and killing isn't stopping the hate, just adds to it.

I still believe that ignoring problems is the best option; but that's just speaking from my experiences :P Could be why I'm progressively getting sicker and sicker.

The more people speak badly about something the more intrigued others are going to get about the subject. I can't see reverse psychology working either, though.

Let the people who want to buy it buy it and continue to feed the TB people. The amount of people who buy these products pale in comparison to the people who don't and FULLY SUPPORT the developers.

Keep some literature around explaining the pros and cons of the device(s), but don't get all anti tb or pro tb on these. There have been countless amounts of people giving facts for both sides (and I do think that the cons of the device out weigh the pros by far); but in the words of the late Mitch Hedberg:

"you're not going to please all the people all the time; and last night, all those people were at my show"

I totally see where you're coming from, bro. I just feel less-passive about the whole situation, I guess... I think enabling and giving into these a$$holes is the worst thing you can do.

Why isn't multiMAN (deank) given that type of recognition? He doesn't charge us for his work, and he's always willing to help us out. I rather pay him those $60 for all he's done for us! WHERE ARE ALL THE multiMAN ADDS!? ;P

The thing 'TB haters' have to remember and think about is have they actually stopped one single person from buying it?

Answer is no.

The people who politely explain its faults do a lot better at persuading people that it is a bad thing.

If someone calls you a retard etc for doing something then human nature will make you rebel and do it even more.

If the same person politely explains why it is wrong to do it then you will listen and re-judge both sides of the argument.

Hate it all you want to, but having a go at the end user is both pointless and bad for your blood pressure LOL
