I just bought new slim 320GB PS3 with MOVE bundle offer.It is CECH2501B.
I upgraded to v4.11 accidentally. I didnt know the previous version.I just checked and found that only 3.50 or later fm will work.Now I apologize for my previous post.I need to do BACKUPS and other stuff which PS3 is really capable of.
Please help me what i can to do for this purpose.Thanks

anyway we need to know what fw was on your ps3 when u brought it .

was it 3.55 or 3.56 or 3.60 or 3.61 or 3.66

make a folder called PS3 on the root of the usb stick then in the folder PS3 make a folder called UPDATE in that folder put the file UPDAT.PUP

install the the file on the ps3 via system update in settings and click via exturnal source it will tell you what fw your ps3 can go to
