this will help alot of ppl. its been hard as hell finding the properfiles since they shut down a bunch of sites ( megaupload ect)

as much as it a good tool and the developer has done amazing job..
this tool is not related to the scene it self and the scene is kinda dead..

This looks like a nice app, can it recognize more CFWs/MFWs/OFWs? Or just the Rogero ones? It would be nice if someone ported this to the PS3.

It recognize all CEX OFWs (published via www, full releases and patch updates form), all leaked DEX OFWs and all CFW in the wild (except some old KaKaRoToKs CFW, and few JFW updates (called Service Packs (only released archives because they not used PUP/PKG forms))).

Yes, it is possible to rewrite it for PS3 but we do not plan this. In this case, much easier and more elastic is Win32 platform.

BTW: I have spend many time for qa tests (well, it's my job anyway) so i hope non of bugs you will find. For most of custom firmwares in Information section, first four fileds are marked as unknown - this is because i'm not sure about status of this functionality of CFWs. If someone who is an author such a CFW read this, please contact me and i'll update database.

But is this open source? or are you willing to release your findings/spec for the different FWs?
