New PSP Emu Exploit found - PS3Hax Network

A few hours ago, Wololo posted that someone called xerpi has found a new exploit in the PSP Emulator of the vita.
So if someone failed to buy Motorstorm Arctic Edge, there might be hope you can run VHBL on your vita

he didn't actually posted which game it belongs to, but wololo posted it today, so i think it's fresh.

yeah that good for people like my who have to wait until monday until they get their vita :/ :D
but why patches sony these games? i mean the xploit can only run user mode HB and i dout that a exploit in the PSP emu could get to a real hack for the vita.
and the VHBL wont let you play iso's, afaik, and its impossible to get an iso on the vita (at least for now :-) )

Well, it does allow you to run an emulator, albeit for old games. Perhaps they have an issue with that. Or they just fear that it may lead to other things.... Just as they claimed, OtherOS was removed, because it was used to hack into the PS3.. When the only thing that was done in it, was GeoHots ram glitch, which didnt really allow for anything either(As far as I have understood), which is less than this exploit.

well im not that much into ps3 hacking, just like a week or so. i havent heard about that glitch, so i cant really compare these two.
running emulators could be a good point, but are they (or the roms) illegal?
besides i dont think this exploit could lead to a 'real' vita hack as its not a kernel mode exploit. but youll never know whats about to come
