yup much sanding isn't required, no video sry...
it works great just need a bit DIY even after it clicks..push it again and secure it with a coin on the faceplate! so its pressed firmly on the NOR

don't make the same mistake and carefull check ur dumps or let someone take alook..jhax78 helped me out a lot in the beginning

i did cut down a little bit, i still get
start logging... backup PS3 BIOS. fail to initialize E3 Nor.

you need to update your e3 flasher first, your flash is a samsung flash.

yep it can be a pain in da butt.. lol..keep trying
its really a bad clip connection and use the samsung update 28-10 like Scotch_be1 suggested..

thanks for the tip i cant get anything to work, i might try filing off the edges plastic clip. any pictures of what he clip should look like so i can get the right shape?

yes it def isn't one size fits all
the e3 really isn't designed for all PS3 motherboards..specially the CECH20xxx series.
