Today I should receive the Teensy 2++ , with the intention to jailbreak my Ps3... but I'd like to ask to you if there is the risk that my console will get banned from the PSN.. or if there is a way to avoid that...

in order to put a cfw on your ps3.
you need progskeet or the E3 flasher to downgrade your system to 3.55.
ONLY then will you be able to stick on a cfw.

what firmware did the ps3 come with when u brought it ?

do u buy it new or 2nd ?

Yeah you didnt do a lot of research did ya? Why would you buy a jailbreak dongle before checking the firmware version? You can downgrade with a teensy if you have a nor PS3, but it requires soldering, and is not easy for anyone without experience. Whatever you do do not try to downgrade by knocking the ps3 into service mode. Regardless if you read a tutorial about downgrading and it says you can do so by kicking into factory service mode, well you cant after 3.55. You can get into it, but you will not be able to exit it

It's a PS3 80GB CECHL 04.
I think she came with something before 3.55, bought her 2 summers ago, first hand
