Hi,
I have one Iomega 2TB and the problem you have should have something to do with this:

FAT32
"There's no practical limit on the combined sizes of all the files in a folder, though there may be limits on the number of files in a folder."

FAT32 was introduced to overcome some of the limitations of FAT16.

Maximum disk size: 2 terabytes

Maximum file size: 4 gigabytes

Maximum number of files on disk: 268,435,437

Maximum number of files in a single folder: 65,534

I would try to FTP the files to the PC and then copy them to the USB drive just to be sure if there isn't a drive problem.

Code:
Added experimental/POC support for frame-packed 3D video playback
* Video files in AVI 3D format must be named with .avi3d (AVI3D) file extension
* Supported formats:
- DivX or XviD in AVI container (FourCC codes must be divx/DX50. When XviD codec is used, mM will change the IDs automatically)
- SIDE-BY-SIDE 3D: 1920x 720 ( 960x720 frame per eye)
- TOP-BOTTOM(O/U): 1280x1080 (1280x540 frame per eye)
* Simple video controls in stereo player: [START] - Pause playback, [CIRCLE] - Quit playback, [UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT] - Adjustments for anaglyph mode
* If TV set supports 3D video playback - 3D AVI files will be played back in 3D mode
* If TV set does not support 3D video playback - 3D AVI files will be played back in red/cyan anaglyph mode (Red-Cyan glasses needed)
* Two stereo samples in SBS and TB format (xvid_encraw used for encoding): Download Link (16MB)

I hate to reply with this type of post but: Anyone have trouble seeing their Sega rom covers? I have the other rom covers all looking epic, but the gen covers only show for like 4 gen titles. Any ideas, i've tried both cover locations with same results. Thanks bros!

According to the changelog:
Code:
02.03.00 -
* Max number of entries per XMMB column 3200

04.01.01 -
* Increased max number of entries for directory listing in file manager to 3584 (from 2560), fixing issues with PSX/PS2/PS3 covers
Maybe the number of ROMS in total exceed the 3200 entries. Try decreasing the number of roms.

Tip: try renaming the folders that you use less frequently (eg. fceu -> fceu_)
Then rescan the ROMs. If you need to use fceu, go to File Manager, rename other folder (eg. vba -> vba_), then rename fceu_ back to fceu, and rescan.

Thanks for the quick reply, dude! Not much changed with the sega covers but the tip will probably come in handy, thanks again.

I only have the base version of an older release of multiMan (I think it was one of the 2.x)

Can you use the FULL package to update multiMan the same way you would with the BASE package?
