What mistawes posted is not a fun process if you have no experience with it. That is how we played games on MFW before peek and poke were introduced to MFW. I can honestly say that about 75 per cent of my backups worked discless with just MultiMan.

mass effect 3 or alice madness returns wont run discless, and much more games aswell ...

i dont care if its fun or not lol. fun is playing games - fun is also, if i can play the games i want to! and if i dont know something, im able to learn it - thats why we´re human :P

everybody is sayin´: ah thats hard to do and dont talk about howto do. but why dont they just give out their veda?! thats how a scene is living.

i will make tutorial on how to make games run discless(95 percent works)
for the moment you can go to http://www.pshombrew.net/wiki/ps3_ba...atibility_list then check if your game is discless
then run it from external(some work only if BDmirr enabled)or internal,if that wont work then use magic pkg and creat pkg(use eboot fix option)install result PKG on PS3 then copy your game to internal then go to filemanager then GAMES folder press circle on PS3_GAME and select shadow copy then you launch your game with no problem( note that methode is necessary to play batman or little big planet or heavy rain....)
note that if eboot option not working use no edit option on magic pkg(like for assassins c brotherhood)
you can edit the list for more games compatibility

I am sure that even if you have a busted blu ray laser that games will still work just as long as you have a disc in the drive.

Also when I use to play Fifa11 on kmeaw I always played it discless, just select it in multiman go back to xmb and then select it from app_data/games

Games that require an eboot fix usually do not run discless. Any game 3.55 or below usually runs discless (notice I said usually)

Also Mass Effect 3 and Alice Madness Returns require a reDRM butt plug. No surprise that those will not run discless
