Downgrade NAND PS3 with progskeet?

Sup guys. I was just wondering, can you downgrade a FAT PS3 60GB NAND model with the progskeet to a jailbreakable firmware? Thanks!

Soldering is **** easy. I just need to know which pins to solder to which tab and the like. A step by step guide would be fantastic.
Does Progskeet downgrade firmware 4.11?
