Only release it when it's finished.
People have to be patient and let finish your work. Keep working on it when you have some time and one day we all be happy beacuse of you XD. Greetings from Uruguay you are the best

You should release it to other devs that you can trust with the work, if you don't have the time to work on it so the other devs can make progress in this dying scene. Nothing is perfect and another FW will just patch it and its always going to be like that. Only way for other devs to partake in moving forward in the scene is to learn something about the FW and maybe your exploit may have something to give other devs some insight or insights to other exploits in the FW and future FW. Only way to learn is to share info, the basics of learning. Well thats my 2 cents

One of your tweets on twitter you state that what you are working on won't run unsigned code or anything to do with MFW/CFW..so what exactly WILL it do? Will it atleast allow us to downgrade to 3.55 via a softmod if nothing else? Thanks.

EDIT: And I would also say only release privately to known devs.

Take your time, forget the impatient people, I've been waiting for a long time but I'm aight with that. If you won't resume work on it until, let's say, 7 months later then so be it. Why partially release something so that it's useless, but Sony patches it anyway?

Good to hear from you though, I always knew that despite our staggering mod community you still cared about us.

Well you should go back to page 1 of this thread and read the first post made by kaka himself. It does nothing but allows you to install signed code. The community cannot sign code for 4.11 like they could for 3.55. If they could then there would be a lot of jailbreaks, and this thread would not be necessary.

You know I'm a complete noob to the ps3 jailbreak scene. I created this account maybe a month or so ago? Don't remember but my point is..me being on a 4.x OFW I wanted to jailbreak but couldn't and I came across you're thread about a work in progress 4.x jailbreak.

Now I will say this..DO NOT RELEASE IT! Why? because this exploit/jailbreak has so much potential that it's asking to be worked on further. My idea is this..instead of working on this all by yourself why don't you get yourself some trust worthy devs which you like and complete this project of yours?

EDIT: If I said something stupid or if some of my terms for certain things were not correct well excuse that. Remember I'm a noob to this all but I'm trying to learn here and be apart of this community.

I guess I misinterpreted his tweet then. I know that as of now it can't run unsigned code. I thought what he meant was that even at 100% completion it wouldn't have done all that lol. Sorry.

I voted for "after the next FW update" but maybe share it with some close (trusted by *you* devs) but be careful. You never know who'll take this and turn it into a DRM dongle. People you'd least expect...

Well, I think you should only share it with some devs.. It might be good to have more people working on it.
