hi there sorry if this is a dumb question , iv tryed to find answer by searching but cant find a thing , overwrite my save file with one i downloaded , so i could get more cash and cars and then it tells me to delete because its someone elses save file , tryed to copy it to my external hdd to use the ps3 save unlocker but it says copying prohibited ? how can i get the protected save off the ps3? any help would be so appreciated heaps guys

@RiPPERD had this covered fairly well, check out his thread : HERE

You can't copy the GT5 save via XMB unless you update to a version that doesn't work on 3.55 (can't remember which exact update it was).

run Multiman from ps3 browse to HOME\000000X(X is your user ID)\GT5 ID (BCES00569 for EUR) copy the folder BCES00569-GAME to a usb device

Then proceed to swap game save's around.. RiPPERD's thread has a great save to use also.

Create a new save on your ps3 then use a file manager to overwrite all files within the save except for param.sfo.

Yeah man if ur on cfw use file manager to backup ur save, I will add the files and tut need to mod ur save to my game mod thread here just give me a few mins.

ok thanks for yr help think im screwed i have firmware 3.72 on a fat system , i suppose that rules out yr option , im waiting on them progskeet solderless thingys is that what i need to do ?

Yeah u can't mod the save on ofw and I don't know about proskeet
