thats exactly my problem :/
did you glue some foam on the e3 nor? one problem seems to be that there isnt enough permanent pressure on the clip. but im not sure if the led's are blinking in that case.

what ps3 model / motherboard do you have? maybe its one with some transistors blocking the clip to fit well.

so you have the dyn-001, i think. somewhere here is a thread with someone having the same problem, but he didnt report back if keeping more pressure on the clip worked for him.

i think you should fix the clip, everything should be fine then. dont forget enough tape and the foam on it

I Have another problem!!!
I Reconnect E3 Flasher
I put everything back together.
I turn off PS3, turn off ESATA Station, unplug the PS3 power supply, install the hard drive to ESATA Station, plug the ESATA cord, plug the
PS3 power supply, turn on ESATA Station, and Power on the PS3

Screen turn Black for few seconds, and On the screen it said "Can't find the correct hard disk"
I reopen the PS3 and reconnect everything, put back together again, Power on PS3, Same thing "Can't find the correct hard disk"
Why?????????!!!
