It does seem it has happened in a few cases though. and the QA flag seems most likely, but we need someone who can test it properly and safely.

If it does work and can be repeated safely, then this is a BIG thing in my opinion

alright...read all 20 pages....whew!

i, propose this course of action, if i am correct we can tell what DEFAULT firmware was installed on a ps3 by viewing its model number or whatever.

@mirkie , make a video (dont know why thats so hard for ppl) that shows us the model number, and then zoom out and show us the new firmware,

if i havent made any "noob mistakes" that should at least prove that whatever you said happened, fluke or not.

btw: u have to understand why people are skeptical about these "new exploits" with the scene as still as it is with a lotta ppl desperate for 4.11 jailbreak methods..

I'll downgrade with my flasher, qa flag downgrade, then back to OFW3.55. Then update to OFW4.11.

Then ill test with black ops to try to go to OFW3.50. Or do u think I need to get FIFA11 or a game with 3.41?
