no matter when the game name is released, sony have "exactly" the same amount of time to remove the offending game whether or not he releases the exploit at the same time

whether or not the exploit is out now doesnt matter. you know the name of the game. if you want VHBL then buy the game. like you say, the removal of the game is not instantaneous

the only difference in naming the game first is that it is "unconfirmed" to sony unlike if he released the exploit. sony would have no other option other than removing it as they would have solid proof.
