I'd say at best it is limited and so far only works on some consoles.
Give it some time Greg, although people will still dive in and ruin their console regardless lol

Before noobs start installing this just because it's there note that this currently is just a modified fw, nodex even states that it does not support hombrew or playing of backups, yet.
As greg said dont install, unless you have an e3flasher or another device to unbrick and downgrade your ps3 if things go wrong. Let's just hope this will lead to something new for all of us and kick both Sony and the dongle makers in the nuts so hard that their grandchildren will still feel it! LOL, anyone else notice that pages are taking 10 times longer to load now :P
