Only problem I have is when I look at the pic for COK-001, on ps3devwiki, it says underneath "COK-001 EBUS testpoints (cannot use with hardware flashers)"
Still trying to figure out what that means.

Not sure exactly how many, but I believe you can use the pics on ps3devwiki, to find the points on your motherboard.
well im hoping another good downgrade guide from you

Which motherboard do you have?

OR

I believe the points are like Progskeet. I just have to figure out which go where.

That just means you can't use the test points to read/write the nands, you'll have to solder directly to the nands to read/write.
I have a COK-001 here that is toast so I desoldered the nands, and there are alternate solder points for all but about 7 of the 30 wires. Slightly easier to solder. I've been meaning to snap a few pics and post them up for anyone needing the alternate solder points.

I have both motherboard.

I dont understand the red color point, I know one is reset, but the other point I don't know where to connect with the e3 linker. And also the GND point (yellow) there is only 5 GND point on the e3 linker.

I see one red is reset and one red is ce. You only need to connect the 5 grounds no need to use all ground points on the board.

So all the green and yellow are pretty easy. Sbe goes to tristate.

But not sure where nwait, nwe, and noe?

Edit- actually i see nwe = red we, and noe = red oe.

I would love to take a look at some pics of the alternate solder points. If you get a chance to upload some, i would appreciate it.
Thanks.

bvcc = ? But I think I can find where. I remember seeing someone talk about bvcc.
vcc = yellow 3.3v vcc
sbe = red gp2 nor tristate
nwait = ? I think it is one of the 2 red ones left
nwe = red we
ce = red has (ce) next to it, like the red one that has (reset)
noe = red oe
sbce = I think goes to a point. Like in the fast dual boot guide, shows a pic of where to scratch out between point a and b, then solder wire from point a to sbce.

RY/BY ?
RST ?

BOTH RED?
