if its factory set to 3.56 most consoles cant be downgraded
thats why i asked for the date code on bottom because if its 1B then there is no chance of it ever getting downgraded.
if its 1A theres a 50/50 chance ( without looking in the dump then noone will know).
u can downgrade from any version and to any version with the right steps and if the console permits. (above being the permits part)

My data code is 4B i saw on a forum various slim models min downgrade version and for mine CECH-2504B it say 3.40 is min downgradble version but with the tool MinCheckVer it says 3.56 >.< i am very confused can someone tell me if i can downgraded to 3.55 with e3 flasher?

This is not the date code, the date code can be found on the bottom sticker of your PS3.
However if it says 3.56, you will not be able to downgrade. Your only downgrade option is JFW, but it's a load of crap (IF you even get it working).

if MinCheckVer says 3.56 then thats the lowest u can downgrade to .

u got a few options
1)sell the ps3 and buy one that can be downgraded to 3.55 or a ps3 on 3.55

2) downgrade to 3.56 JFW cfw which is a pile of Sxxx

if it was me i would go for option 1

downgrading to any fw always have a risk of bricking just make sure you have good back ups and set it up right . also make sure that the jfw has no check otherwize u will brick . i dont to much about 3.56 jfw as ive never used it but it was mainly made for people who cant downgrade to 3.55 but can to 3.56.

also i herd u need a flasher to get out of 3.56 jfw to ofw because for some reason u cant go from 3.56 jfw to 3.56+ ofw the normal way , only by a flasher
