If you had read some of the other posts in this thread you would've seen that this was note created by rebug. It is rebug's firmware butchered to work with True Blue, because True Blue CFW sucks. If you do not own a True Blue dongle then use real rebug. Hell if you do own True Blue I wouldnt be using this.

Rebug did butcher their own firmware to make it work with True Blue, that is why this is version 2

Though not made by the Rebug team, so it is a butchered version of a butchered firmware.

Yeah I have a TB dongle but don't have blu ray playback unless I use rebug, hence why I thought it was a good idea to try this firmware.

So the bottom line is this firmware is a waste of time for people with TB

You can try it but do so at your own risk. It may work really well, but it may also lead to other unseen issues. It is worth a shot, especially since you own True Blue. Sadly there are many BluRay movies that do not work under CFW (just from what I have seen, I use a stand alone player) Also if you ask around the IRC you may be able to find someone that can help you recover BD playback. Many people have lost it, and later recovered it.

TechnoDon is NOT part of the rebug team what so ever, If you are stupid enough to download and install anything that says rebug on it and it does not come directly from http://rebug.me with our MD5 hashes, well then you get what you deserve :P

I love that TechnoDon take our stuff then runs it through ps3mfw builder and calles it a release...
Guess TechnoDon doesnt know about the TB checks set in place either :P

Well maybe if you would spend some time with your loyal rebug fans instead of threatening to dox me, perhaps crap like this wouldn't happen, this isn't TechnoDon's fault its yours.

to be fair, he wasnt claimed in this thread to be a part of rebug, it was simply said what he modified.
