I wouldn't go as far to say he's a wiz at photoshop. That image would of taken someone who knows how to work the app around 5 minutes to make. Maybe less.

What is impressive is the artistic style, lighting and coloring and perspective. These are great in the image and has nothing to do with photoshop. The same image could of been produced in a handful of other applications.
