If I were Kakarato and I could get sued for simply releasing my CFW to the world I think I would be a little hesitant about releasing it, just saying.

Since when does a well known dev have to show proof? PS3 scene is so pathetic. Maybe If he was a dev no one never heard of, and just showed up and posting he has mfw 4.11 or whatever but he's not and didn't.
