You'd have to ask a lawyer lol. All I know is that if someone who owns the Copyright wants to go that far then they can use it against you.

How far they get with it is up to the courts, but that is why I say GH did way more damage than most people realise as his doing a runner gave Sony and anyone else for that matter a BIG weight to use in further cases and in my honest opinion that is why they then seriously went for Graf with GH's case under their belt.

Well with that said I was planning on releasing a tutorial for file combinations for bypassing Black ops dlc patches but might hold off now. What do you think? I have all the combo's and tested, they are all original files just from different updates.

I personally would not worry,but that is me. I posted B.ops 105 glitcher for download on YouTube about a 1+ year ago. I started/out deleting patch files on patch 103/104 right after 3arc patched five/der riese. I then released the hybrid, retail/debug mix patch 105 on codhax.net. Yeah i had a thought of getting messed. Even got 2 of those vidz taken down. So i locked my account down to save my other vidz.

All i care is i gave contributed to the PS3 Mod scene/YouTube players/including myself Call of the dead/Ascension mod. The best day in the PS3 scene for me/others. I was happy to release the first public/no holding back "unlike others do". I had like 50,000 hits total or so on all my threads & over 10,000x downloads since i released the v1/v2/+ glitcher/+other mods on many sites.

So what i am trying to say.? I posted many files/vids every where. Took many chances for CopyWrong. After i seen the happiness/excitement from others, who though that moment of playing all + last 2 maps modded would never happen. And me knowing i was going to soon happily release it ,some comments were = "Priceless"

Best moment for me in the scene. Contributing to all the Black ops zombie fans waiting for a miracle. For there reaction i received/seen there posts & PMs , i would do it all over again ! " Sorry i think this thread got a bit off topic "

shouldnt the ps3 sdk encrypt the self with a temp key that work only on dev pup ?
even if we have those keys aren't they useless on retail console which the major of the devs work with ?
i think if someone is serious he should start looking at the metldrpwn.c you only need a minor changes to dump the bootldr
