Are we not allowed to post them now, or is it because of the files one might find on the other end of the link? If so, you might want to double check the OP's link. I am just trying to understand...

Okay, thanks for clearing that up. If you do want to link to the PSX-Scene news story, it does NOT include the links to the files. Otherwise, you might need to just remove the link all together. I just checked it out and it included the file links. Plus it is PS3ISO, I am surprised that is not one of the blocked sites on your guy's filter list.

@tthousand the issue it's *cloudy* to me. But i edited the OP links, so long story short if anyone has to post the patch or eboot do a direct link like i done to the OP.

Like:

Silent hill downpour patch (click on the name and paste the direct link not to the site) No information from the site.

Thanks for clearing everything up. I always interpreted the rules as no external links to sites. But links to downloads (such as rapidshare) were "ok".

Common sense dictates that links to "the enemy" are not a good idea :P

I do not think you want to link those here, they include Sony code. Just give everyone the file name, like @Pirate does when ever a new TB PATCH is released. And then he gives a source link. The source link would be the PSX-Scene news story, which NOW only includes the names of the files, and not the files them selves. I can give you a link if you want.

But yeah, I would remove those links ASAP! Like you, I'm a bit cloudy on this too, and have already learned a lot today

If you want to be a smart *** you are welcome to go hang out with the trolls of the psx**** . That and similar sites are not news sources sorry. It is quite obvious that links to such sites shouldnt be here.

It is different if you are linking to a direct download site of some kind.
