Ok I'll set the record straight. Yes, scene, newz, and crunch are, ahem, not sites as reliable as this one (yes I could put a "better" word to describe them but then someone from said sites takes it personally and then they come here and bi*ch and moan with their yadda yadda and their blabbity hoopla) but we still link to them and give credit accordingly. We do not directly link to piracy, such as torrents, games on mediafire, etc. but if you notice we do link to eboots so long as its done right and not in a pirate manner. There's always a gray area but once the area turns black is when an intervention is made.
However we NEVER link to official Sony software, such as sdk, keys, etc.


We can fix these errors, no reason to fight.

Well it's like the eboot fixes that moogie made. They're modified eboots, if you still need TB then it's either one of their cult followers (double entendre, see what I did there? ) or its one of their grunts who isn't exactly their "engineer" (used the term loosely) guy. Or hell, maybe it is an official patch but leaked early since they usually release their patches in bulk. Idk, I could go on and on about what they're doing, but, ahem, the rules of this section prohibit me from badmouthing TB, mod or not.

I didn't think I had broke any rules with my OP. I didn't give a direct link to any files, I simply gave a link to a News Story on another site that contained links to "said" files. I did this purposly so as not to direct link from "Here" to "said" files.

Who says I'm impersonating anyone? I have various different names on various sites. I have been using this particular flavor on irc for over ten years.

If some kind of conflict occurs then I am willing to change my name.(which I dont see happening anytime soon). That too would be a job for a mod not you.

So as for you I would not concern yourself with my nick. You can go play mod at your **** site.

It has been common practice for quite some time that linking to other sites, specifically competitive communities is a no-no. This goes for nearly any forum on the web. This is not a place to promote your **** site but simply discuss the ps3 plain and simple.
