If we deny that right to the users, even to cause a brick or test the .PUP in question. We are possible *Censoring* the simple fact that if (in my case) i posted proof about that and don't work and X quantity of users want to try. It's up to them.
Eventually more threads will come up.

I already said and made my point this is *Poison* Now it's up to the user to taste it or leave it alone.

I couldn't agree more, and if they do blame HAX then have fun telling them where to get off. Babies need nappies, not idiots who rush head first into installing something when they have been told again and again not to unless they are sure it's safe or have means to get back out of it.

It's a sticky warning the users, the ones who trust HAX and know something will read instead of install and if they install the .PUP will be their risk not ours.

You let users pm him for a link to test. Then he/they can confirm it works. With enough trolls out there looking to get a laugh off of bricks, it's worth being cautious.

If people want to risk it they will ask on their own accord. If it's a fake they will report him.

So far no one reported him. And the link it's up in some other sites.
The funny/pathetic thing is that he creates thread saying he discovered certain thing and then disappear.
Already warned him, but not even a response to the users that are interested in his theories.

If someone bricks it's not our fault for this reasons:

1) We are not forcing/encouraging the users to install o test the .PUP
2) It's a sticky done by me here with the results.
3) If the user gets the file from another site and came complaining it's not hax problem.

If someone success on the *update* fine. But im not the only mod here.
I warned him, im being soft. If were my call = Ban.
Im just waiting to some report to appear, or something otherwise i won't lift a finger.

Neither we promote on a banner his findings. So i insist it's responsability of the user what to do or not with this .PUP but if the user don't give a damn about read an sticky in the section where this guy creates a thread.

Did anyone ever stop to think maybe Nodex posted that to get people testing it and then work on it? For one he stated clearly he used a phat to test it...He also stated you could not install homebrews with it. Maybe he just wants to spread ideas and get progress. Also why would you bash someone for trying something? Yes he may have failed at creating a CFW but so have many other people get over yourself and maybe try and help make a jailbreak. This site is full of to much BS and people hating on each other when it should be everyone working together to accomplish a ps3 4.11 JB

I repeat if the user had good intentions in first instance, (in my case for put an example) i present proof on video at least, and i will endure if im getting bashed if someone bricked.
In Nodex case he presents something but with *almost no evidence* so it's same as nothing.

The issue about installing .pkg/s on OFW 4.0 it's old news. So if he comes and presents a *solution* and then vanishs what credibility has his own word?.
Actions speaks louder than words, and sadly in Nodex it's not like that.

It is true he does not provide proof and nothing can be done but test it for yourself and as many people have tested it to discover it does not work...but the point of coming together and this website is full of BS and people hating on each other is very valid. You can go on almost anyone's thread and someone is bashing or comparing "d**k sizes," and honestly it is sad. If you tell someone something won't work that is fine but proceeding to tell them they are stupid and your are smarter than them and comparing knowledge makes no sense. I am fairly new to the site and hopefully can help produce a GB (Although not likely) I would not want to be in a place full of hostile members who will bash any attempts I make
