Not sure if true, but if it is then TB just took the crown of Biggest A-Hole from Sony.
If it is true then they best watch out as if it were My console they were trying to break then I would have No problem making their life hell for it, and Yes, that Does include anyone who advertises it or suggests its use. Fine line between supporting 'free' enterprise and being an out and out c*nt, and 'if' this is true then that line has been firmly crossed in my opinion.

I know my TB better not **** around and delete anything off my harddrive. I dont really give a **** about clone users' PS3s because the presence of suicide code has been known for along time, but what if the firmware malfunctions and think I have a clone dongle in when I actually dont. This might be the reason why we seen some people trying to update their dongle/CFW mysteriously end up on 3.73fw...
