The unfortunate fact here is that they are using open source code for profit. Now that those returns are waning they are using scare tactics. Hopefully, this situation changes sooner than later. This threat is not even on their front page, guess they don't want noobs to realize they are not so reputable. Paradox and other groups/devs will hopefully step up and get the scene open again. And if crap hits the fan and nothing is done well the new Gen will be out next year and Team X will finally have a kernel for the 360 allow you to do what should be possible on the PS3.

Yknow, if they got the time to threaten people and make CFW versions that can kill your HDD, they could spend that time on releasing more EBOOTs.

Releasing eboots while their releases work with clones will not earn them any profit.
Don't be under any illusion that they care about their followers.
Releasing new games while they work with clones will just give more sales to their cheaper competitors.

Profit ends > TB end > eboots end > scene can get back on the track of obtaining eboots DRM free.

And still. Out of the clones, they can't get raped by Sony as they let TB do the illegal stuff and just ride on their backs. That's the one redeeming thing about the clones. They hurt TB :-)
