What I start to think is that they may have compromissed lv0/master keys and they use an extra module for some decryption that unfortunatelly is not compatible with all games, hence you don't see every single game getting released. Seriously I start to think that the theory about debug EBOOTs off dev SEN/PSN is actually not true.
I'll try to find a post 3.60 debug EBOOT if you want I could send you that, just let me know if you do, I bet I could find a couple of WIP discs that would have debug versions of a 3.60+ game.

i dont beleave in the debug eboot either . i think more of an master key,as i seen alot of hint about it in my reasearch.
and that could explain veru good why they are here after numbers of OFW updates.

I have taken an extensive look at the various debug eboots themselves in attempt to find any patterns between working vs non-working and comparing fields to dongles and 3.6+.

Without question the master key is directly tied into the eboot creation. It's just a matter of how at this point

@zadow28 Just curious how far off you think grabbing the master key off the dongle are you?

I can't share them here, they hold the full name/info of the owner of the WIP build, I would end up in jail and him unemployed, plus he is my source of alot of nice stuff.

My theory is that one of the games of a Sony studio (like LONDON for example), that also masters the discs with the new keys, may have included a WIP game that has a module/sprx that is responsible for somekind of decryption of the new keys and combined with the full or partion lv0/master key compromise, they try to patch the EBOOTs to match/be able to be decrypted with that module.
