I think they do have the keys. I think I know why they are patching eboots.

Sony puts checks in the eboot.bin. TB has the keys, so they can see what Sony does. That way they make it work with the checks or delete it.
Sony uses different checks for every game.

This is just a theory of mine. Not based on real eboots.
This is just a possibility.

i wonder...if "true blue team" knows how to crack 4.11, then why havent they released something?..wouldent that make aLOT more money then being able to play4.11 games on 3.55 cfw?

do they restrict their stuff to 3.55 in order to keep sony off their backs/control the scene..this is assuming they have 4.11 access which they may not

This True Blue thing makes me think... if it is so hard to crack, maybe Sony could implement it in the PS4! After all, nobody knows how to stop it (sadly )
