The real victims are the game publishers, THEIR hard work gets exposed and played here - dont fool yourself for one second here. What about the hard work from the original CFW and homebrew devs like wanin, kakarotoks, graf, flukes and so many more. Not once did they resort to encrypt their hard work to make a quick buck. The dongles back then were opensourced, and you didnt need some phantom DRM encrypted eboot fix to make it work. Some even faced some legal problems for the scene.

Now, lets get back to the point. TBs "work" is to obfuscate their method from people who might have some use for it like Duplex. If more devs knows the secret, more game fixes will be released. But this mean no money grabbing from team kado and co. They (TB) are actually strangling the scene, not helping.

If I have a dongle that allow me to buy a new game, and play it on CFW without having to wait for some dodgy eboot fix of sort, i would agree they have something. On both the WII and 360 that is the case. You walk in with your band new game, and are able to play it - even online. Can TB offer that?

i really think maybe we should work beyond tb. kinda pretend it doesn't exist and try all that anyone can for a method to boot 3.56+ games.
It usually is easier to work with the answer then go backwards than start from scratch, but sometimes you miss something simple or just something you never thought of (the other day, my bro started up a game and forgot that L1 was a button [a critical one] whereas he almost completed a whole level without using it) and it can change it all up. i'm a strong believer we aren't the only universe with life which means anything is possible...anything.

Sorry, but are you kidding? There's not been 1 company in history more deserving of wrong-doing as sony. A region lock is nothing compared to the "bait & switch" sony pulled with OtherOS.

Anyways, I'm sorry to say but I don't think the ps3 "scene" will ever be functional again, people are too focused on playing new games, there's too much bad blood, etc. At this point I doubt there's a dev out there doing stuff on the ps3 just because it's fun. I'm not saying playing new games isn't important, but it killed me when I saw a dev release a new ps3 app and all people would tell them was "if it doesn't play new games what's the use?" or things of that nature.

At this point, I think most everybody involved in the ps3 scene is either trying to f*ck someone over (mainly to screw TB, which at this point I totally agree with), or is trying to make some $$.
