PS ONE Decryption?

So I've been on the PS ONE games here lately which are alot more cheat friendly. But I can't extract the pkgs I get unsupported pkg with pkgview app and random errors with other apps. So my question is are the pkgs considered psp psn or what? Also I got them to extract using a vita\psp extractor

use magic pkg, you might have to dl a missing .dll file to get it to extract some pkgs.

psp was based on the ps1 architecture, which is why ps1 games can be played on psp so easily, probably not helpful but good to know.
