You seem to know alot about the psp emu scene do you think its possible more games will be compatible for the ps3 1 in the future and theyll be able 2 run @ full speed? I also hope theres a way of implementing external loading and .cso support.
Of course. With time, we'll be able to do anything we want with our PS3's. Unlocking the PSP emulator will take time, just as much as jailbreaking 3.56+ firmwares, if not more time. But rest assured, it will be possible in the future. Speed and compatibility are priorities, and of course .cso loading and external drive support will be standard.

Do you mean decrypted? On the fly decryption is needed, unless you unpack the iso/cso first. It has nothing to do with piracy, they just are trying to tell you to make sure you either patch the iso/cso or decrypt/unpack it.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge, sensei

Do you know any tool to decrypt/unpack iso/cso? I have been using daxter creator for years, but none of my uncompressed iso run on JPCSP. I think im using the wrong tool for this or doing something wrong...

Again, it depends on how you have the games your trying to load. And Soywiz isn't the best one anyway.

7-Zip/WinRAR/WinZIP should be able to unpack iso files (along with lot's of other programs). CSO/DAX/JSO files can be converted using either YACC, CISO Plus, or PSP ISO Compressor. I use YACC and PSP ISO Compressor, and usually I like to unpack the image and get the root directory with the EBOOT.PBP in a game folder for better compatibility with emulators. I forgot to mention UMDGEN is another fantastic program for various things. Try the three and see which one you like best. Hope this helps!

What are the specs of your computer, which build of JPCSP are you on, and what settings are you using?

Works fine for me...
