100% sure, and to verify its legitimate i removed the metal case and have seen the actel chip.. besides if this is fake it wont let me boot 2.5 tb games. so to sum up latest tbs being shipped have;

a. TB logo (bluray like logo) is facing down when plugged to ps3.
b. in system info - you will see the version is 2.51
c. will have "error communicating with dongle" when you try to update via 2.4 or 2.5 TB updater..

I installed a TB dongle today, and always had the solid red light. But it works! Tried to updated it, but it gave me the error Unable to communicate... I think the problem is that it has the latest firmware (2.51), and the one that I was trying to install was the 2.5. Anyway, my motto is, If it isn't broken, don't fix it!

go to system info it will show u the latest firmware .
and i think it gonna be true blue 2.51 if u try to update to older firmware it will display error
