well he did infact SIGN a pkg not many people can do that as a matter of fact he is the ONLY ONE i no that has done it and released the signed pkg as proof
BUT i was just wondering why it can't be decrypted by PSP_PS3_PKG_Decrypter_Extractor_v.1.0.0.0 OR the one made by ps3dev ?

That wasen't a signed package, that was a fake package that he claimed to be a signed package, I'm gonna open it up when I get a E3 Card Reader + DEX 4.11 and see what it does.

P.S. People can you tell me if when your on a DEX console when you do a system update you go onto CEX or DEX.

The problem (imho) was the way he advertises his work, in a overconfident way. He should keep quiet until he achieve something important/relevant instead of bringing false hope. He is asking for trouble doing this, like any internet troll like to do . Its hard NOT to believe he's a troll

No it didn't work, from what i recall, @hellsing9 tried it a few times and it gave him problems.

no other pkg will install on OFW 4.11 ONLY sony and his ?
