How to get stared?
So i have a kinda old PS3 (first one to come out) its running firmware 4 and i want to be able to play burned games or from an HDD... How can i do this??

U will need a hardware flasher if ur machine is downgradeable that is what u need e3 or progskeet

i don't think the OP it's flasher friendly but maybe that helps
 @SuperMiguel Like all the user on this thread said to you = Flasher. You can use E3 flasher/Progskeet depending on the model of your PS3 you have to do some soldering. No softmod solution, check my firm too. Regards.

I think my only choice is the progskeet but not completely sure on what i need...
