Jeez, I'm just looking for suggestions, I'm not insinuating anything or making any sort of statement about this touchy dongles subject. I just wanna know if anyone has had this problem or if anyone knows if, by chance, if the TB firmware doesn't boot with the JB-King, is there some sort of troubleshooting steps I can take to get it to work again. The dongle is still detected under windows as a STM DFU device and I can flash it with the program. Does anyone know, cause I was kind of unsure of the upgrade instructions, if you flash the 2.51 dfu then flash the spi 2.5 dfu immediately afterwards, can that damage the dongle? When I upgraded to 2.5, I flashed the 2.5 upgrade dfu then the spi 2.5 dfu, so when I was upgrading to 2.51, I didn't know if I needed to do that or not. At first I just flashed the 2.51 and it worked but when my hard drive got wiped I figured it didn't upgrade correctly so I did it the other way as well as low level formatting my hard drive. Now it won't boot and I dunno if its the flashing or the formatting or what but any suggestions would be appreciated.

P.S. I made the account to ask for help about the hard drive wiping. Also here's a pic of my JB-King

Try recovery your jb-king firmware. After that update your jb-king fw to 2.4, 2.41, 2.42, 2.5 and 2.51.
Install OFW 3.55 on your PS3 via Recovery menu, and after that update to CFW 3.55 TB V2 via recovery menu. Power off your PS3. And when you connect JB-king to PS3 usb port, make sure your PS3 is off(not stand-by) and it's only JB king connected through ps3 usb port. Try power on your PS3. Hope it's working now
