Desktop icons displaying wrong, windows 7 x64

Hey does anyone have ideas why my icons are displaying like this?
It's driving me crazy cause I can't fix them.
I've tried Deleting and rebuilding the icon cache. It seems to be just the Icons, the folders are fine.

Here take a look.

Thanks for any help

Have you tried refreshing the desktop, or try recovering it from a previous backup?

Yeah, tried refreshing and restarting, looks like I may need to do a restore.
